Hi dear, here's your answer.
Get the person to a shady or air-conditioned place. Cool him/her off with damp sheets and a fan. Give a cool shower or bath. Rehydrate. Don't drink sugary or alcoholic beverages to rehydrate.
The person suffered from sunstroke first be given good enough water or ORS(Oral Rehydration Solution).The he should be allowed to take good enough rest.If necessary he should be taken to a doctor.
