AIDS is an internal disease which do not spread with physical contact like, shaking hand or touching...

It spread in three ways..
1. When you establishe a sexual relationship with the infected person.

2. When a infected person donate his blood to you..

3. It is hereditary disease. You could inherent it from your parents.



Precautions
1. Go to regular checkup
2. Use of condom while having sex with any other person who could be infected
3. Do not receive blood from a person who is infected.
