Rate=6%

Time=2\frac{2}{3}

 =  \frac{8}{3}  \: years

Let Principal=₹p

As we know

si =  \frac{p \times r \times t}{100}  \\  \\ 120 =  \frac{p \times 6 \times 8}{100 \times 3}  \\  \\ 120 =  \frac{48p}{300}  \\  \\ 120 \times 300 = 48p \\  \\  \frac{120 \times 300}{48}  = p \\  \\  \frac{5 \times 300}{2}  = p \\  \\  5 \times 150 = p \\  \\ p = 750

Principal=p=₹750
