what problem did helen the ghost caused in john hallock's life?????

Helen the ghost called jhon a traitor through the ouija board which made all the women of the room suspicious. It even called out jhon's name multiple times which made his life lavina feel that he was cheating on her with somebody else. It results in her going to her mother's place and filing for a divorce

Helen , the ghost , when was seen by Lavinia ( wife of John ) , who was quite superstitious , thought that Helen is someone to whom her husband has affair , according to what Ouiza board told .


And , as Lavinia thought her husband , John , was cheating her , then she decided to divorce him .

However , Helen appeared in front of her and then she became happy that a person couldn't have affair with ghost and plan for divorce was canceled .
