The problems faced by Indian textile industry in early years of development_. #really high competition with foreign Imported clothes. #the European countries were making there clothes with the help of machines so the price of there clothes were cheap as compared to indian textiles,as they are made by human hands they are more expensive. #in European countries the manufacturers of textiles or clothes started demanding for a ban on the import of Indian textiles.
#the people in India started preferring foreign clothes because they were cheap, available in many colours and many type of qualities.
