This helps ensure that wrongs will be ended and rights will be upheld thereby leading to a safer society for everyone.It is basis of orderly human life.Justice demands the regulation of selfish actions of people as well as for securing a fair distribution, equal treatment of equals, proportionate and just rewards for all and harmony between individual interests and the interests of society.In its preamble, the constituion of india gives first priority to the securing of social, economic and political justice for all its people.
The problems arises are:
1)Exploitation increases.
2)Discriminate against any person on grounds of caste,colour,creed,religion,place of birth,and sex.
3)No rights to religious freedom to all and no equality in all religions in society.
4)It does not recogonize the weaker section of society.
5)Every citizen has not granted an equal right of access to any public palces .Ex: school, colleges, hospitals, etc.
So there must be justice with equality in society.
