what problems are created by the stereotypes ?​

Am not sure if problems is the right word but a lot of unwanted pressure is created by stereotypes .

for example Indians generally have a sterotype outside in Western countries that Indians are really good at maths!

considering India's huge population (1.4 billion) it can't be true for everyone and it puts a lot of pressure on the young minds that they actually have to be good at maths as a Indian . Same goes for Asian stereotypes .
