He will become more scared of water when he tries to learn swimming.The other children who have come to learn swimming will make fun of that child and the trainer will also scold him.
I would tell him that there is nothing to be scared of water.I will ask him/her what happens to him when he gets into water or when he sees water.I will also learn swimming along with him to provide support.I will advise that child to have more practice in swimming .This will probably help him.

The problems which can occur if a person tries to learn swimming are as follows :-
1>The major problem of everyone who try to learn swimming is fear of Drowning in water.
2>The major problem of everyone who try to learn swimming is also breathing problem as many person not able to stop breath for long time.
3>Low confidence is also a problem of some people i.e they will not able to swim.
4>In learning swimming many person have problem to keep there face out of water when they swim.
5>In learning swimming many person not able to to do different strokes in swimming since there body is not so much flexible which is also one of the major problems.
6>The problems can occur if he tries to learn swimming is to get a best guide which will work on them individually , since a guide give knowledge but also confidence.
7>The facilities which requires to learn swimming is also not avalabe in many regions. A perfect swimming place and time is also a problem since in many public swimming pool some local croud also come and they will definetly will make your Laugh .
8>Swimming needs most energy so it will be so painful for your body when you will came out of swimming ,which will make u lazy to come again.
9>The problem of getting yourself hurt in swimming is also a problem.
10> A perfect swimming place and time is also a problem since in many public swimming pool some local croud also come and they will definetly will make your Laugh .
