Brazil is facing two main problems after its independence which are -
political and economic problems

After getting Independence Brazil faced end numbers of problem in order to become a fully developed country.

Some of the major problems are;

1) Latin America was divided into many smaller political regions at that time. So there is no proper single governing body for the Brazil at that time period.

2) Brazil was a huge country to make all transportation and Economic services, easily available in to all parts of the Brazil including the dense rainforest of Amazon.

3) slavery was also a major problem that Brazil faced at that time.
