They didn't have good machinery

they were punished by gomasathas and sepoys , they need sell their goods in less price  to british , they were lured by the loans ' they found difficulties in exporting , they do  not found any cotton because they were bought by EEC to export to manchester united

1 A LONG DECLINE OF EXPORT OF TEXTILES IN INDIA
2 PRODUCED BY MACHINES AT LOWER COSTS , THE IMPORTED COTTON GOODS WERE SO CHEAP THAT THE WEAVERS COULD NOT EASILY COMPETE WITH THEM.
3 THEY COULD NOT GET SUFFICIENT SUPPLY OF RAW COTTON OF GOOD QUALITY
