What problems do farm labourers face in terms of employment?

Farmers and labourers face a lot of unemployment and powerty. Due to large farm areas, they wish their crops grow in a large number. But as you know, luck does not help us everytime. Due to bad weather, someday, could decrease the rate of fertility of the land and can often cause the crops to damage. This stresses the farmers as they have to buy more land for growing crops.

Thos forces them to take loan from someone. As the load iincreases, their family faces a lot of food problems. If luck does not help them, some member could catch disease like TB (Tuberculosis) which come from stress. Now how do they get more money to cure that disease?

These are the common problems faced by the farmers and they also get unemployment and powerty.
