before the formation of the Constitution of South Africa , the people faced a major problem that was apartheid. this was based on racial discrimination between the blacks and the White. trains,buses,public places and all the different community places were separated for blacks and whites . this system was named segregation. soon after the constituent was formed this major problem was solved .
