1.Formation of new Indian states on linguistic basis(though was successful, yet led to clashes in some areas).
2.Declaration of national language(Though Hindi was spoken by majority,yet it was less than 50percent+1,so it was declared as the official lang.)
3.Production was low in agricultural sector.
4.Framing constitution.
5.Economic crisis.
6.Poor educational facilities.
