What procedure did you follow to observe lactobacillus bacterium in the Lab?

First of all we have to take some warm milk in a bowl .Add a little amaout of curd into and leave it undisturbed for a few hours .After sometime we will observe that the little amout of curd which contained lactobacillius bacteria has multiplied its no. under favourable conditions which turned the whole milk in the bowl into curd ... we may use this proccess to observe lactobaccillus bacterium in the lab

• A very simple procedure can be performed to observe lactobacillus bacterium to be observed in laboratory.
• Take some warm milk in a bowl add a small amount of curd into it and keep it in area slightly  warmer .
• Leave it for sometime and after that prepare the microscope for observing the curd into it
• Then after the curd is formed dilute it and stain the bacteria by methylene blue or saffranin to see the bacteria as it is colorless
• Then prepare slide and observe the bacteria under microscope
• The bacteria are rod shaped or cocci shaped
