What procedure must be followed in the event of a disagreement between the two Houses of the Parliament over non-money Bills?

When such event occurs : A joint session is called between both the houses sitting together with Speaker of Lok Sabha as the presiding officer.

But, Lok sabha has almost double the number of members of Rajya Sabha. And also Speaker of Lok Sabha is the presiding officer. Therefore, Lok Sabha has a greater hand over this matter.
