he should get into court with proper evidence and if he is guilty then he should obey the punishment given by the court without any dispute if he is not victim then he should hire a proper educated well maintained lawyer by well maintained I mean that the lawyer which has big name in the market for his cases so by this he can get proper legal justification

(i) A person who is arrested and detained in custody will have to be informed of the reasons for such arrest and detention. (ii) A person who is arrested and detained shall be produced before the nearest magistrate within a period of 24 hours of arrest.
