what proceduredid you follow to observe lacto bacillousbacterium in the lab

Take a slide and clean it properly. drop 2-3drops of buttermilk on it and light a candle and then take the slide and just slightly get the heat from the flame by moving slide on it. Then cover it coverslip. Observe under microscope
