Awareness is spreading all over the nation because of spreading of education and urbanization.But still people are not ready to stop the misusing of the right.they never care about their suffering after the election. they get money ,cast their votes , at last protest against the rulers(selected by them). the selfishness and ignorance are the main cause for misusing and an great advantage for politicians.India would not be developed still it gets a great,honest and selfless leader.
