Historians face many issues while they study medieval history because

• There were no proper means to write about the history in the medieval period. It was written in manuscripts and studying those manuscripts was not easy.

 Moreover there were two manuscripts and both had different notions about a related issue, so the historians were in a state of confusion about the authenticity of an event.
