1. Because people of India have right to vote. They can elect anyone according to their will. Whereas in countries like China people don't have right to vote according to their will.

2. In India people have right to move to any other country or state for their work. Whereas many other countries don't gave this right to the people of their country.

→ Also the government in India change after every 5 years.

→ Also every Indian have right to get Education.

Due to this we can say that India is a democratic country.
