Answer: 1. Our fundamental rights, specifically right to life, personal liberty, against exploitation and abolition of untouchability.

2. Right to Constitutional Remedy in case our rights are violated by the government, fellow citizens or private organizations.

3. Provision added in Article 359 of Constitution in 1978 stating that right to life, personal liberty and equality as under Article 14, 20 and 21 can never be suspended even during an emergency.
