the purpose of using bearing is for reducing friction between moving part of the machine and reduce wearing out of machine.
 for example-
1.ball bearing are used in cycles
2. all motors use bearing in essential part like engine. drive shaft, drive line etc.
3.standard office machines like printer, photocopier use  bearing
4.used in paper making machine.
