Qualifications required for a governor:
- He should have an age of 35 or above.
- He should be a citizen of India.
- Technically he should not be belonging to that state to influence.
- He should not hold any other office.
- He cannot belong to either house of the parliament.
- If he is empowered with the position of two states allowances are shared by the following states in proportions that is being accounted for by the President himself.
