There are quick learners, there are slow learners. Don't get upset with the slow learners. Patience must be one of the virtues of a teacher. We can never tell who is going to be the most successful when they grow up. Anything can happen along the way. The quick learner who seemed brilliant may drop out. The slow learner may preserver and get a good career in life.
Children notice many things which we think they are too young to observe or understand. Be a role model to them.
