The qualities of determination, skill, and hard work contribute to a man's chance of winning in both arenas. There is a parallel between life and sports that doesn't get enough attention, however, and that's the connection between a man's character off the field and his good sportsmanship on it.

Qualities in a sportsman:-

• He/she should know how to lead his/her team.
• Should know how to take right decisions.
• He/She should trust each and every person of the team.
• Should give chance to every teammate.
• He/She should listen to everyone.
• And the most important is that He/She should have confidence in him/herself.
• And other are the Physical qualities.

I am telling because i was a sportsman.
