Hii there, Microorganism dont have their own ability to make the soil fertile. They just breakdown the soils nutrition and manure to help the presence of nutrition get equally distributed all over the place. The most important microorganism here is an earthworm, which is also called a farmer's friend because it is able to breakdown and distribute nutrients as it burrows through the soil.
