Xylem and phloem..... becoz they are made up of more than 2 components

Xylem is wholly comprised of Tracheids , vessels , fibres and parenchymae....
Phloem is wholly comprised of Companion cells , Sieve cells , fibres and parenchymae....

xylem and the phloem are the two complex permanent tissues... theya re made up of 2 or more components... they help in transport of air and water and other required minerals to the plants... they contain tracheids.. etc...
