Phan Boi Chau wanted to use monarchy to gain independence without thinking of further while Phan Chu Trinh totally opposes monarchy,he wanted full independence and republic.

phan boi Chau thought to make। use of monarchy in order to get freedom, he didn't thought about future.where as phan chu Trinh wanted full freedom.he opposed the idea of taking help of monarchy in order to get freedom.
