As Coelenterates have BLIND SAC BODY PLAN means there digestive system is incomplete (it has single opening for ingestion and egestion) and Annelids have TUBE WITHIN TUBE BODY PLAN means their digestive system is complete (it has 2 openings for ingestion and egestion mouth and anus). As you can see both have different digestive system, therefore there structure differs.
