RADAR is the contracted form of Radio detection and ranging .

A radar is based on the working of reflection of sound from other objects.

A series of sound waves are emitted from the radar .

Upon reflection of the sound wave , the sound gets back to the radar and hence the radar can identify the objects .

USES OF RADAR

The uses of radar are as follows :
