Between 1970 and 1993 Belgium changed it's Constitution 4 times the work out an arrangement that enable everyone to live in a same country.

Changes were -

1. Community government was formed which has certain education and caste related right.

2. Central government has equal representative of French and Dutch.

3. Brussels had a separate government which also had equal respresentation.

2)many powers have been given to the state governments because the state governements are not subordinate to central government.
