local time state that a particular time in that area . mostly people may not use local time it is different from standard time . India follows IST which is located approximately at Allahabad . it's location is 83.'30 it is known as IST . Ex: if you what to go Delhi from Agra in a train it took about 3hr for ex . by using IST . if start from using ur local time it shows 30 mins difference from IST. so no state in India don't follow it own time . they follow IST . if it is helpful to u please mark me as brainlist answer.
