Let the number be x

• 1) 3/14 - x = 13/21

x = 3/14 - 13/21

x = 9-26/42

x = -17/42

• 2) -4/7 - x = 13/21

x = -4/7 - 13/21

x = -12-13/21

x = -25/21

Hello Dear!!!

Sum of 3/14 and -4/7

LCM of 14 and 7 is 14

3/14 - 8/14

-5/14

Sum is -5/14

Let,

The unknown number be 'x'

-5/14-x = 13/21

-x = 13/21 + 5/14

-x = 26/42 + 15/42

x = -41/42

The number is -41/42
