er produces some enzymes which are needed by lysosomes.

they also produce lipids used by membrane bound structures in the cell through membrane - bio - genesis

ribosomes present on rer produce proteins which is utilized by the cell as well as needed  for membrane - bio - genesis.

i suppose er to be endoplasmic reticulum. if u meant something else;
