Buddhism is the right answer.
Gautama Buddha was the founder of the religion known as Buddhism. He set forth the Four Noble Truths, which contains the core of his teaching. All the branches of Buddhism follow the doctrine of four Noble Truth. The four truth including the Dukkha or misery, the Origin or the root of suffering, the Cessation of misery or nirvana, and the last is the Path, are described by the Buddha in his sermon, recognized as of unsatisfactory nature by him.
