What request does the poet make to the wind and why?

The poet requests the wind to come softly without any noise,requests not to break the shutter of the windows,not to scatter the papers as it may contain important documents,also requests not to throw down the books on the shelf. Overall the poet requests the wind peacefully to stop the destruction that it makes when it comes and not to make the soft and weak ones even more weaker by destroying them with his destructive powers.
