a) restriction enzyme cut the DNA but in a specific location so clled as restriction endonuclease
b) Vectors... like a bacteria it contain plasmid...than cut DNA is introduce in the host host cell with the help of plasmid(vector)

4) restrictions endonuclease cut the recombinant DNA into small fragments than use gel electroporasis machine small partical of DNA comes in a first row ND large in the back row ND this DNA molecule attract towards plate ve+ end ND uh know DNA is a ve+ molecules Bcz of phosphate group
