Plants play a very crucial role in ecological balance as they helps to maintain the carbon and water cycle.

Water Cycle=
the plants convert atmospheric carbon dioxide into oxygen which is known as supporter of life. And without this gas life would not be possible on earth.

Plants helps on bringing rainfall. which helps to maintain the water cycle .Rain water is the fresh source of water.
