hey mate hear is your answer

1)plants give out water in the form of vapour through the stomata on their leaves two cells called guard cells are present around the stomata.

2)this cells control the opening and closing of stomata.

3) transpiration occurs to the stomata water is released into atmosphere by leaves through the process of evaporation.

hope it helps you

Answer:

Guard cells play in maintaining optimum water level in plant by regulating the opening and the closing of the stomata.

Explanation:

Transpiration and respiration are 2 very important processes that take place through the stomata. Transpiration is a process through which the plant sweats through its stomata, that is the release of excess water in the leaves through formation of water vapour into the atmosphere, thus balancing the plant and maintaining its optimum levels.
