The judiciary is an important independent organ of the state in India.it has an important role to play in the existing power-sharing arrangements.
1.The judiciary oversees the implementation of constitutional provisions and procedures.
2.because in case of any dispute about the division of powers,the Highcourt and the Supreme court may pass the necessary orders and give directions.
3.in India we have unified judiciary with the supreme court at apex. the supreme court of India has the original juridiction to settle the dispute between the union and states
