as the temperature increases the density of air in a particular region or area decreases and when temperature decreases it results in the high density of air so this is how temperature plays an imp. role in formation of wind

An uneven heating of the Earth's surface causes winds. On being heated, air becomes lighter and rises up. As a result, a region of low pressure is created. Then, air from a high-pressure region moves to a low-pressure region, causing the wind.
