what role does the constitution play in people's struggle for equality??

right to equality is one of the bast law given by our constitution .it state that the people follow any religion or any caste and they are reach poor but all are equal in law .the blind woman taking in her hand a kitchen scale both end are equal suggest all are equal in law and covered eye suggest that our constitution don't see reach ,poor,cast etc they give decision equally
