Supreme Court plays a role as a protector and interpreter of the Constitution as whenever any of our Fundamental rights are taken away, we can go to Supreme Court for the protection of our rights

Supreme Court protects the human fundamental rights of a person if in need. and it even gives punishment to the wrong person. So in this way the supreme Court of India is the protecter and interpreter of a Constitution.
