A-Restriction enzymes are very much necessary for cutting of DNA strands at specific sequence so that we can add a new gene into it example would be restriction endonuclease B- vectors are very much needed for the transfer of gene that we want to insert or modify example would be cosmid C- DNA ligase is necessary for the binding of DNA molecules after they have been deattached using restriction endonuclease as it helps in binding phosophodiester bonds
