if 39 is a1. 60 is a2 then a2-a1=60-39=21.
81 is a3. a3-a2=21
the difference between two is same in arithmetic. so answer is 144

The sequence follows the rule that the first number is added by 21 show the next number is the answer.

In easy words every number is added by 21 to get the next number.

▶️=> 39 + 21 = 60

▶️=> 60 + 21 = 81

▶️=> 81 + 21 = 102

▶️=> 102 + 21 = 123

▶️=> 123 + 21 = 144
