yes government has to ply a vital role in the higher educational system.it has to supply the scholarships to the students who are showing their outstanding performance.government has to provide nice food,shelter to all government hostel students.it has to give free education to poor at the higher level at all collages.then we can bring nice progress towards our country by working hard.
