The smallest particle of a chemical element that can exist, is called as an atom. Atoms are composed of three types of particles- Protons, Electrons, Neutrons.

• Protons - It carries positive charge.
• Electrons - It carries negative charge.
• Neutrons - It carries no charge ( it's neutral ).
