Chernozem is black coloured soil which contained high percentage of humus. high percentage of phosphoric acid, phosphorus, and ammonia. It is very fertile soil.

Black soil is also called regur soil and is made up of weathering of lava soil ..and is rich in lime and poor in nitrogen
