If we're talking about a fixed volume of air, then hotter air is at a higher pressure. At a higher temperature, particles bounce off the inside of a container faster..because at higher temperatures particles are moving faster.

However…if you heat air and allow it to expand (like in a hot air balloon where the air can escape from the bottom if the balloon) the air becomes less dense because the particles move further apart….and so hot air rises…and in weather systems this effect creates areas of lower pressure.

So..it depends what you mean.
