That's not sure about that because no one knows what's on other side of Black hole.
But , Physics estimations reflect that there is a wormhole on the other side of Black hole which does the exactly opposite of Black hole.
It is a single dimensioned area which expells everything ingulfed by the Black hole into another parallel universe.
